Best Times for Drinking Coffee and Tea

Many of us enjoy coffee and tea all day … but often the caffeine can keep us up at night. So I always recommend drinking the high-lead drinks in the morning and early afternoon and drinking the lower caffeine drinks later in the afternoon and evening.

Fortunately, there are many lower caffeine versions of coffee and tea available on the market so you can enjoy the wonderful iced tea at lunch and hot decaffeinated coffee after dinner (maybe with Irish Creme!)

So yes, all the time is the best time for coffee and tea .. just choose the types wisely
